SHOTCRETE POOL CONSTRUCTION... PLEASE CLICK ON PICTURES......
The first step of every pool we build is to design and draw a complete set of pool plans. Here we have layed out the pool and begun the pool excavation.



Here the rock base is installed, giving a perfect foundation for the installation of the shotcrete pool. This pool will be 24' x 48' x 10' deep. Note that the existing ground slopes away from left to right.
Of course the pool will be built level and the surrounding ground will be brought up to the proper elevation. 




Here the reinforcing steel has been installed in preparation for the shotcrete process. Over 5,500 lbs. of reinforcing steel were used to insure a very strong and durable structure that will last for many years. Snow flurry's have posponed the shotcrete schedule for a few days.




Here our crew is spraying the shotcrete mixture on the walls and floor of the pool. Shotcrete is a special concrete mixture that is very dense and has very high strength.






Here a skilled craftsman is custom forming the pool steps and integral bench to exacting measurments. We can custom build most aspects of the shotcrete pool to fit exactly your families needs.





Here the new pool is beginning to take shape. We will complete this shotcrete process in one today as we do for most residential pools.
